EMBROIDERED PATCHES
The classic patch. Embroidered patches are traditional patches with lots of texture but hard to capture the small details. (50 piece minimum on orders.)
WOVEN PATCHES
Woven patches are perfect for detailed designs that aren’t able to be embroidered clearly. (50 piece minimum on orders.)
DIE CUT PATCHES
Die cut/heat cut patches are used when your patches need to keep the shape of the design. (50 piece minimum on orders.)
SUBLIMATED PATCHES
Sublimated/printed patches are best used when your design has many colors, fine details, or shading that needs to be recreated. (50 piece minimum on orders.)
PVC/3D PATCHES
PVC/rubber patches are made with layers of colored rubber to give your design a crisp 3D look. (50 piece minimum on orders.)

HEAT PRESS
Patches are attached using a machine with high heat to seal the patch onto the hat and is a more budget friendly option. This process may leave the hat with a slight indentation from where the machine was used and lack the hand crafted feel of a stitched product.
HAND STITCHED
The patches are stitched onto the hat with needle and matching thread. It gives the hats the authentic look/feel of classic patch hats and will last forever. This is our recommended option and the preferred method used by top brands.
